To log in to GOGI:
1. Enter your username and password on the login page.
2. Click Login.
Forgot your password? Click Recover account on the login page and enter your username or email address. You will receive a password reset link by email.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
If you have 2FA enabled on your account, you will be asked for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app after entering your password. If you have lost access to your authenticator app, you can use one of your backup codes instead.
Tips:
- Your session stays active while you are regularly using the app.
- After several failed login attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for security.
- You can change your password at any time from Account settings once logged in.
